Raise a service concern
Marktone’s published service-quality policy asks clients to raise a concern within seven business days of receiving the service. Include the agreed deliverable, delivery date and specific gap, using the contact form or your account contact. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Review and correction
The concern is reviewed against the agreed scope with the client. Where a shortcoming is attributable to Marktone, the first step is to correct it and agree how the corrected work will be assessed. Keep supporting records and any agreed corrective actions.
Refund assessment
If correction does not resolve the agreed issue, a full or partial refund may be assessed according to the case and contract. Fully delivered and accepted services and late concerns are subject to the published policy’s exclusions, the signed agreement and mandatory law. This page does not promise an automatic refund.
